The Great Giveaway Unveiling!


Many apologies for the craptacular photography, but I just wanted to post this quickly! I'm giving away the following:

a complete set of Organic Surge skincare (face wash, eye gel and moisturiser)
a set of Demeter shower gel and body lotion in Fig Leaf,
a tube of Balm Balm in rose geranium (love, love, love this stuff, it's like Eight Hour Cream, only better smelling!),
plus I've thrown in:
a mystery Ruby & Millie lipstick and
a mystery Sleek eyeshadow palette!

For a chance to win, (and because I've nearly left the house twice this week without mascara and realised I simply look all wrong without it!) all you have to do is leave a comment on this post telling me which single beauty or cosmetic product you simply can't live without. Oh, and you must be a follower! If you want to mention it to other people, that's great, it's not compulsory - but I will be grateful!  Winner will be drawn at random on November 19th, and is open to international entrants.

    But Urban Decay Primer Potion.
    I've tried many eye primers and hello creasing! This is the only thing that stops them.

    Hmm. I'm really crap with make-up and don't know what suits me or how to apply it properly. My worst habit is the cardinal sin of keeping make-up for FAR TOO LONG.

    I couldn't live without Max Factor Pan Stick. The rest I chop and change on a whim.

    Oh there is lots I don't think I could live without, but if I had to choose one it would have to be Carmex, as I get really chapped lips and this is the product that always saves them and I always go back to it time and time again.

    Great giveaway! Though I was wondering...is it open to non-UK residents too?? Anyways, I've often thought about this myself and the answer is: blusher! It may sound strange, after all I'm not deathly pale, but I look so much better with some pink blusher on! xx

    Hi Anna, yes, I'll ship internationally, though I'll have to swap out the moisturiser, as it's in a glass jar.

    And I quite agree about the blusher!

    Ah London lass... if only there was a face I could do for embarrassment! I just remembered that you were free to meet in London... and my geography is pretty appalling but we won't get into that!

    My must-have make up item - under eye concealer preferably MUFE Lift Concealer. :)

    My desert island product would be brow powder... mine aren't that dark and sparse in places. I'd never got on with pencils and only started filling my eyebrows with powder a couple of years ago. Couldn't believe the difference it made!

    My most recent can't-live-without is Seche Vite top coat - it's unbelievably robust (at least, compared to anything I've used before) and dries gloriously quickly to a beautiful finish.

    But that could be a new love that could pass ... my long-term couldn't-be-without is MAC Fluidline in Sweet Sage.

    Eight Hour Cream Lip Protectant Stick Sheer Tint in Berry. Occasional emergency cheek tint, permanent enhancer of my bloodless top lip (I'm certain this was caused by me hitting it on the corner of the school cupboard aged 6) and smoother of my dry lips. Lives in my handbag always - other products may come and go, but this has never left.

    The one thing I'm finding I can't live without is pencil eyeliner. On the waterline it makes my brown eyes pop and I can do a smudgey line with it on my upper lid.

    I remember once Tyra Banks said that if you have dark circles under your eyes but have run out of concealer, line your eyes with brown pencil, that takes the bags away..this is surprisingly true.

    A difficult one, but for me it would be white kohl pencil. I love it because it just wakes my eyes up and brightens them :)

    Has to be mascara for me as well. Anyone who has seen me without mascara will know why. My eyelashes are white, absolutely no colour there at all. Without mascara my face completely disappears.

    Of course I also need a supply of cotton buds as I'm cack handed and get mascara all over my eyelids.

    One thing (beauty product) I can't live without is Superdrugs Natural High Brightening Eye Cream! Insantly makes my eyes look more awake and it's the perfect pick me up in the morning for when I'm tired but in a rush and all for under £2.50!

    I can't live without my eyelash curler, when I don't have time to apply make-up I just use this and it opens up my eyes straight away!

    Mine is also Urban Decay Primer potion. Only recently discovered it but totally can't believe it took me this long. What's the point of wearing nice eyeshadow if it just creases right!

    hmmm, for me it would be eyeliner - I virtually have to draw my eyes on! For specific products, it has to be my MAC delights palette - it's my shadowy friend.

    Wow a lovely prize amazing of you to offer it.

    I have always said I would die without eyeliner, know its mad, as actually it would look pretty silly without mascara if it was "the one thing I could have" but I always wear it, tried not to and I feel undressed and unhappy all day long if I dont wear it.

    Kohl eyeliner, without a doubt. A smudge of this round the eye enables me to leave the house without too much faff.

    Although I should really say nail varnish. Hmmm.

    I love mystery! :D

    My must have item is mineral foundation. It makes my skin looks like my skin, but better. It doesn't give heavy coverage, so my blemishes are still there but doesn't look so bad, in a way it makes me look more human. :D

    Wow, amazing giveaway!!

    Oo tough choice for me, but I'd have to say blacl kohl eyeliner. Blended into the upper lashline makes my lashes look thicker and fuller. Lining my waterline is a must so I don't look so washed out lol. My fave atm is Rimmel's Exaggerate Eye Definer xx

    If I was stranded on a dessert Island I would want to have my benefit browzings with me. I have used it for years to create perfect eyebrows and always get compliments. I just dont look right without it!

    The thing i couldn't live without is red lipstick. The brighter and bolder the better! My favourites are Mac Russian Red and Kanga-Rouge.
